Many years ago we started dreaming about building our own school through Siita Nest Mother’s Love Home. Many of our children were going to different schools, and we wanted to give them opportunity to go to a school with good, Christian values and teaching. In 2014 God enabled us to purchase land, and we slowly started digging and preparing to build. Together with YWAM Wylie from Texas in USA, our process started. Little by little the building came up, until it had three floors with 12 classrooms, and was ready to be used in May 2018. We are still finishing up the last touches, but the building is filled with children and teachers that are learning eagerly every day.
This would never have been able if it wasn’t for our partners from different parts of the world. Streams of Mercy and Life Mission Church from USA have worked hard to raise funds so that we could give children a place to learn from. They have supported us over several years and we are forever grateful for your support. YWAM Wylie has sent us teams that have been helping us in the building, and supported us. It is so good to work with you! Also St Michael’s church in England has stood with us for many years, and they were the ones that made it possible for us to get a school van. Thank you so much! In Norway we also have different partners that have donated money to help finish the school building, and we are thankful to each one of you! Finally there has been small and big contribution from individuals that has visited, and we thank all of you!
But the one that deserves the biggest thank of all is our Lord Jesus Christ. Without Him we are nothing, and without Him we can’t do anything. He is the one we do all of this for. This school belongs to God, and we dedicate our school, our children, our staff and everything to Him. Thank you!
